" What if we are already in a contract ? "
Even if you are in contract we are likely to be able to negotiate a better price for you. If we are unable to do this, we can start the ball rolling to cancel the existing contract before you find yourself having been rolled over and locked into the same contract for another period.  If you would like any help with this, please call us and we will be happy to assist. " What sectors do you work with ? "
At Ace we deal with waste in all sectors, our clients range from private to public sectors, including, hotels, restaurants, pubs, motor industry, prisons, retail developments, garden centers and light industry.

" Do you recommend waste compaction equipment or baling equipment ? "
Once we understand your waste and your requirements, we would happily advise you on the appropriate equipment, if it will benefit your business.

"I think I would benefit from a complete appraisal of my current waste requirements."
Ace is happy to provide you with a full on-site appraisal of your waste and requirements if appropriate; this may be subject to a further charge.  In this situation, Ace would then provide a proposal demonstrating our proposed cost savings and recycling initiatives.  In many cases this has resulted in significant savings to the client.

" Why should I choose Ace over dealing with a supplier directly ? "
By using Ace you not only benefit from our buying power, you also benefit from our 20 years knowledge and expertise in the industry.  This normally leads to significant cost savings.  We take the hassle out of rubbish and waste collection.

" Are there any hidden extra costs ? " 
There are no hidden extras, we work for an agreed fee, and we make you aware exactly how much we charge before you commit to Ace.  We want you to recommend us to others and to do that you need to be happy with the service we provide. 

" Why do you take a £50 fee and is it refundable? "
The reason to take a £50 fee is to ensure that you are serious and would like us to go ahead and make savings for you.  We will monitor your waste for 3 months. This will show us the actual savings that have been achieved, and that this will represent 25% of the annual savings. We shall invoice you for this amount less the initial £50 joining fee. Going forward we shall continue to monitor your invoices to ensure that the savings continue to be achieved. Once enough data has been gathered; online reports will be available, which will give you a full picture of your waste costs, savings and your recycling achievement. 

" What if I am unable to pay by credit/debit card or PayPal ? "
Phone us on 0844 272 1105 and we will be able to answer any questions or queries, and then agree with you the best way forward. 

" I would like more clarification on an item. "
